The fish is grilled to perfection, soaked in a bubbling, spicy broth full of chilies and peppercorns. Tender inside, crispy outside, and loaded with flavor. 🐸 Bullfrog (田鸡) — Surprisingly tender and flavorful. While I wouldn’t say this is the absolute best Sichuan restaurant in town, they certainly offer some incredibly authentic dishes, including goose intestines, rabbit meat, pork brains, and more. If you’re from Sichuan or simply eager to experience truly traditional flavors, this spot is definitely worth a visit!
